Gynecomastia is the enlargement of the breasts in men who are undergoing hormone therapy as a treatment of prostate cancer. Symptoms include enlargement, tenderness, swelling, and sensitivity of the nipples. Sometimes estrogen can be used to treat the effects of gynecomastia.
